Trademarks
The name "Orinode", the Orinode logo, and associated product names are trademarks of Orinode AI. You may not use these marks without prior written consent.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to Orinode, including knowledge base documents. By uploading content you grant Orinode a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
AI-generated call summaries and transcripts produced by Orinode are owned by Orinode but are licensed to you for your own business use under your active subscription.
Restrictions
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Orinode platform or any component thereof. You may not resell or sublicence access to the platform without express written permission.
