1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Orinode platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Orinode provides an AI-powered inbound call handling service for Nigerian businesses. The service includes a dedicated virtual phone number, AI call answering in English, Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba, call summaries, and a client dashboard.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify Orinode of any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.
4. Subscription and Billing
Orinode operates on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Orinode to conduct fraudulent activities, harass individuals, transmit spam, or violate any applicable law. Orinode reserves the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these rules.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orinode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
